I was able to get a prompt appointment (next day). I was contacted and updated regularly. The technician arrived when he said. Everything was explained to me and he got to work. In short order I had a smooth sliding glass door and a replacement sliding screen door on order. I would use this vendor again.Follow up; one of the screws on the handle of the glass door came out. I couldn’t screw it back in, it was too short. I called and asked for a repair. I was told they only warranty rollers and tracks. I was offered a replacement handle for $145.00. I bought a screw 1/4” longer and fixed it. Thing is since the screw wasn’t engaging the handle the installer had to feel the screw wasn’t threading into the handle. Very disappointed.

If I could give them six stars I would.Isaac came in told me what he could do and I said okay let's do it.He then started to work on it immediately.I was shocked but I was really happy. Great service. Quick response. My sliding doors were not operating properly due to the track and the old wheels. I called Saturday afternoon and they had someone come in the very next day.Dvir was very nice, respectful, and informative. Gave us a quote and some recommendations.
