Scam company… They came to my house and gave a quote over the phone for $200 cash to fix the sliding door, the technician damaged the frame of the sliding door and left and called the office to say the appointment was canceled. I called to the office and the person on the line says she cannot pass me to the manager and I will receive a call… They haven’t called me and they are not answering my phone call either, I had to use I different phone number to call and get someone on the line… Stay away from this company…

The business is a joke and a sham at that. It seems they must be a franchise or simply farm out the work in just about every county in Florida.
So here what we encountered, we saw their add in the Home Pros Guide and made an appointment for a tech to come look at our sliding doors and screens. The appointment was set and then changed to a later time which in itself is ok however the tech still wound up being late. When he got there we asked about replacing the door handles and were informed they could not do so as they were PGT sliders, ok that's fine. We asked if he could repair the screen door (one wheel and new screen) and the answer was yes it's $225 labor plus parts (additional $75 for screen, do not recall the wheel cost) at which point we politely declined. At that point the tech said well what's your budget and we informed it was $125. At that point he said that wasn't possible but he would like tip for the time spent on the estimate. Really you want a tip for giving an inflated estimate, so or tip to him is don't let gate hit in the A$$ on your way out. My tip to you is avoid this business at all costs.

Horrible customer service do not choose his company to do your sliding doors. I was charged $480 to repair a sliding door just the wheels at the bottle back I could’ve got for seven dollars each at Home Depot. I called the company to speak to a supervisor and they told me that no supervisor available to kill him a call back in two weeks. I’m someone who owns the business and I know customer service and this is a poor representation of customer service. I never recommend this company to anybody they rob you from your money when someone pays dollars they top line customer service top line service neither were met. If I could get zero stars, I would they don’t even they shouldn’t even deserve a star. When I asked about the price upfront, he gave me a range from $25-$300. I asked him well you’re here now. Can you give me the price now and he said he can only give me the price after he works and then I was charged $480 for 8 minute repair that I could’ve done myself. Replaced one wheel for $400 wanted to charge an additional $175 for a handle. The wheel works. The job is done and paid for. He literally here for 15 minutes. I am in the wrong business!

The tech was 1,5 hours late, was looking at the sliding door lock and said he had to go and get parts and would be back in 15 min. Over an hour later he was back and attempted to install the part and told me it didn’t fit. He told me he had to come back tomorrow with another part, I told him nobody would be home tomorrow, so he installed a different part and all of a sudden this worked.
The company is registered under multiple names and have local phone number listed to make people believe they are calling a local company. I will never use this company again and want to warn others to be aware of the way they do business. Read the other one star reviews and make your own decision
