Matt, who came to my condo and analyzed the repair work required, returned with another technician and completed the job in a very professional manner. They removed the large pieces of balcony furniture and replaced them after the job was complete. Although it was not part of the estimate, they took the time to reattach a handle with new screws since the original ones were stripped; this they did at no charge.

I had a problem with my patio screen doors jamming. Scheduling was prompt and service person turned up on time. He was honest and did not try to “sell up” and cite “unnecessary repairs”. In fact, he alerted me to other issues that could happen down the rod.I had to pay for labor and this is where I give them a star less. It was $175 and I wish this had been disclosed to me at time of making the appointment. Apparently it is a minimum charge for labor. This should be on the website or disclosed at time of scheduling. Anyway, I was pleased with the overall repair. I recommend them highly.

Scheduled the service to fix a pair of 47 years old sliding doors and the process was simple and they kept me up to date on the arrival time for the techs. Never knew we had three sliding doors and after the cleaning and repairs voila, we have three sliding doors in the master suite and living room. Good service and work, pricing was fair when comparing to a full replacement.

The service was great! The repairs person was able to identify the problem fast and fix it in a couple of hours; was very professional and nice; also was able to explain in "plain" terms what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again (gave good pointers on future maintenance and sustainability). The only negative I have to say is that he didn't clean up after himself (left some screws, drill shavings, and dirt) after the job was completed, but everything else was great! Would definitely use their services again!

My two balcony doors were very hard to open. Had to use two hands and full body power to slide them open. Rodrigo, a very pleasant young man, came that same afternoon and cleaned the rails, installed premium rollers on the doors, replaced the screen mash and rollers, and now the sliding doors can be easily opened with ONE FINGER, as well as the screen doors. I highly recommend Sliding & Garage Door Express for guaranteed quality service. Excellent job. Very happy with the results.

Excellent Job! Service done on the same day that I called. Had 4 sliding doors that have been installed for 18 years and were not working properly for over 5 of them. The door parts were in horrible shape and required a lot of work but Duran was amazing, he was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing at all times. 100% satisfied and highly recommend him!

Such an easy process, they answered my call and I had an appointment the next morning. The famous two hour window and the technician was on point calling me 20 minutes before arriving as promissed and showed up in the first 30 minutes of the two hour window, amazing! My service person was Manny, I sure hope I got his name correct! Let me start with he did an outstanding job, I had a minor concern he answer me and come back to my resident to ensure everything was ok, WOW what customer better customer service could one receive! He took his time to make sure the work was done correctly, he changed out all rollers, and let me tell you the doors are like brand new!!I even showed the sliding doors to my neighbor who said he was looking to get his doors fixed, I gave your company name to him and insisted he request Manny for the job only!! The glass on our older slider shattered and we could not wait more than 3 weeks for a new door. We called and the Eduardo came down the same day. He replaced the glass in the door as well as the rollers because the door was hard to open. He left our home clean and it is such a pleasure to have a door that is easy to open. We called on a Sunday needing a large sliding glass door repair for an older door. They offered to come out same day but we opted for Monday afternoon. Absolutely amazing. We called them in a panic after our sliding glass door got a hole and then completely shattered/splintered. They were here within 3 hours and arrived at 8pm. Caesar and the gentleman with him were so incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. They cleaned up beautifully and took care of things in a jiffy. Such an amazing service and job well done. Service was great. They worked with us to coordinate a good time that worked for us and our schedule. Accommodated changing the date and time when last minute changes came up. Worked hard to make sure the sliding doors worked correctly and to our satisfaction. Would recommend. Bonus plus in Miami is that they speak English since I do not speak Spanish and many other companies we looked at before only spoke Spanish so it was difficult to communicate the issues and what we wanted done exactly. Was able to communicate effectively with this company what we wanted exactly and expectations. Would recommend!

The same day I called, they were able to come out that afternoon, had the parts in the truck to replace the wheels on my sliding glass door, and worked for almost 2 hours to get it to be comfortable for me to open. Cesar and Eduardo did a wonderful job on my sliding doors. When they finished my doors rolled freely. They were very cooperative in explaining everything they were doing, They worked well together. They were very clean while working. Put towels down and really cleaned up well. They did what ever we asked them and when they left they house was as clean as the found it. I would recommend Cesar and Eduardo highly. In fact they were so good we did two more doors then expected.

After logging a sun catcher in between my bedroom sliding glass doors, I immediately needed to find a repair service and was directed to Sliding Doors Express. I immediately got an appointment and Cesar came at exactly the time I was told the appointment was made for. Because the sliding glass doors in my condo are extremely heavy, Cesar needed to call for assistance. His associate, Jude came and met Cesar, and they immediately took care of the problem. They informed me that the sun catcher that had gotten caught in between the doors did damage to the rollers and the track. They showed me the damage, and arranged to replace the rollers and the track. They took great care in their workmanship. I would definitely without a doubt recommend these gentlemen to take care of your sliding glass door issues. My new tracks and rollers are incredible. They make opening and closing the heavy doors extremely easy. Thank you a thousand times over Cesar and Jude.Excellent workmanship and very courteous gentlemen to work with. Definitely willl refer. This is a truly a first rate company. The service technician, Cesar Salazar was prompt, courteous, clean & very professional. My repair job wasn't the run of the mill service call. All the rollers had to be replaced, and as the job progressed all of the screws that needed to be removed were rusted and frozen. Cesar took his time removing each frozen screw without damaging any part of the frame or door. He then installed all new rollers, replaced all the screws with new ones and applied silicone to all areas. When the job was completed, he vacuumed all areas and the doors operated better than they have in over 10 years. If you need your doors serviced at any time I would highly recommend Cesar. You'll be glad you did.

I called Sliding Doors Express this morning and the serviceman came out as soon as he could- just a couple hours after I called. I could not open the door without to hands and both feet! Cesar was friendly, courteous, and very thorough. Our doors were very heavy and the job was not easy, but he prevailed until everything was just right. That means a lot. He kept working until it was up to his standards. I would recommend this company and Cesar to my friends.
