The service was great! The repairs person was able to identify the problem fast and fix it in a couple of hours; was very professional and nice; also was able to explain in "plain" terms what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again (gave good pointers on future maintenance and sustainability). The only negative I have to say is that he didn't clean up after himself (left some screws, drill shavings, and dirt) after the job was completed, but everything else was great! Would definitely use their services again!

My two balcony doors were very hard to open. Had to use two hands and full body power to slide them open. Rodrigo, a very pleasant young man, came that same afternoon and cleaned the rails, installed premium rollers on the doors, replaced the screen mash and rollers, and now the sliding doors can be easily opened with ONE FINGER, as well as the screen doors.
